August 2019 - Scott is made a Fellow of the Environment Institute of Australia and New Zealand.
July 2019 - Scott is reappointed for another three year term as an Adjunct Professor in joint collaboration with the University of Queensland's School of Business, and School of Earth and Environmental Sciences.
July 2019 - for the fourth year in a row, Scott co-leads the Univeristy of Queensland's two week environmental management and sustainability field trip for a group of third year students to far north Queensland's wet and dry tropics region.
December 2018 - Scott is engaged by the World Bank as a Senior Environmental and Social Safeguards Specialist on its Energy Utility Performance and Reliability Improvement Project in PNG.
November 2018 - Scott is recognised as "Certified Environmental Practitioner of the Year" for 2018, by the Environment Institute of Australia and New Zealand (EIANZ).
October 2018 - Scott receives a 5-year service award from Griffith University in recognition of his service as a valued mentor in the Griffith Industry Mentoring Program.

September 2017 - Scott is engaged by the Capital Regional District (Victoria, Canada) to provide strategic environmental and regulatory advisory services on their C$765M Core Area Wastewater Treatment Program.

June 2017 - As a member of a three-person panel, Scott participates in an the first Environment Institute of Australia and New Zealand (EIANZ) accreditation review of an Australian university's undergraduate environmental sciences program.
May / June 2017 - On behalf of Solomon Islands Electricity Authority and the World Bank, Scott prepares an Environmental and Social Management Framework, and undertakes an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment for the Phase II Electricity Access and Renewable Energy Expansion Project.
April / May 2017 - As a Senior Environmental and Social Safeguards consultant, Scott is engaged on a multi-year contract by the World Bank on the PNG Energy Sector Development Project (ESDP), which includes the proposed 80MW Naoro-Brown Hydropower Project.
March to May 2017 - Scott delivers lectures on Carbon and Energy Management to undergraduate and graduate students in the University of Queensland's School of Earth and Environmental Sciences.
March / April 2017 - On behalf of Mott MacDonald and a confidential energy company, and as the lead Environmental and Social Specialist, Scott oversees corporate and facilities environmental and social safeguard audits of solar, wind and combined cycle gas fired energy generating facilities in Thailand.

February 2016 - Scott is contracted by the University of Queensland's Institute of Continuing & TESOL Education to provide support to Indonesian post-graduate students enrolled in UQ's Journal Writing Program.
Late January 2016 - Supporting Mott MacDonald (UK), Scott is assigned the role of Senior EIA Specialist and Team Leader on an IFC / ICIMOD / Australian DFAT sponsored assignment to develop new EIA guidelines for hydropower developments for the Government of Nepal.
January 2016 - Scott is appointed to the Environment Institute of Australia and New Zealand's (EIANZ's) National Policy and Practice Committee.
November 2015 - Scott is appointed Chair of EIANZ's 2016 Conference Organising Committee. The Conference will be held in Brisbane 02 through 04 November 2016 at the Sofitel Hotel.
October 2015 - Scott is elected Vice President of EIANZ's South East Queensland Division, and reconfirmed as Chair of EIANZ SEQ's Policy and Practice Committee.
July 2015 - Scott retires from Hatch Ltd. after 34 years and sets up Roberschan Environmental.
