2024 - Scott is engaged by the World Bank as a Senior Environmental and Social Safeguards Specialist for the Sustainable Power and Irrigation Project in Nigeria.

2023 - Scott is engaged by the World Bank as a Senior Environmental and Social Safeguards Specialist for the Due Diligence Assessment of the Dogo-Bis Optimal Hydroelectric Development Project (Benin), and ESIA and EFlows review of the Dorjilung Hydropower Project (Bhutan).

2022 - Scott is engaged by the World Bank as a Senior Environmental and Social Safeguards Specialist for the Liberia Energy Strengthening and Access Project (St. Paul 2 Hydropower Project; Mt. Coffee Hydropower Extension Project; Kaiha 2 Hydropower Project Decommissioning); the Uzbekistan Hydropower Sector Engagement Project; and the Regional Rapid Transit System: Delhi-Gurugram-SBD Project (India).

2022 - Scott is reappointed for a fourth three-year term as an Adjunct Professor with the University of Queensland's School of The Environment (formerly School of Earth and Environmental Sciences).
